Under the expert instruction of computer scientist Hannah Scott (MS in computer science), students will  learn what computer scientists do and discover how we can use computers to solve problems in our world today. Students will explore the basics of programming in Python, along with core CS concepts. By the end of the course, students will be able to write small interactive programs on their own.

“Kids are so receptive — it’s so easy and fun to teach computer science concepts to young learners,” Hannah shares. “It’s great to see them make these connections and get an early grasp on logic and problem-solving.”

Please share this opportunity with any elementary or middle schoolers with an interest in advancing technology!
