Looking for a family-friendly space to host a company picnic, educational workshop, or end-of-year celebration for your staff?  Whatever your need, Gilbert House Children’s Museum offers evening facility rentals for private accommodations.  We love sharing our space with other organizations, and all rental proceeds go toward a great cause – inspiring children to learn through creative play.

Facility Rental Details

Available Evenings:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Duration:  3 hours (5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.)
Max Capacity:  350
Accommodations:  Facility rental includes all exhibits, outdoor playground, indoor & outdoor restrooms, multipurpose Wilson-Durbin room, and refrigerator/freezer access.
(Please Note:  We request guests to confine food/beverages to Wilson-Durbin or our outdoor Pavilion)
Venue Cost:  $700 (10% nonprofit discount)
Required Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to reserve your facility rental.

Reservations are required at a minimum of two weeks notice.  Early booking is encouraged.
