Gilbert House Children's Museum welcomes over 100,000 visitors annually, offering rich opportunities for children (ages 2-10) to learn through creative, hands-on fun.
As a Visitor Service Associate, you'll be the frontline of the museum, ensuring every guest has a safe, positive, and memorable experience. You'll manage a variety of tasks, from interacting with families (promoting memberships and events) to maintaining the magic (cleaning, sanitizing, and restaging our engaging indoor and outdoor exhibits) and supporting the Welcome Desk (including staff break coverage).
