Camp Policies
- Camp Behavior: Please discuss respectful and cooperative behavior with your child. Our educators reserve the right to dismiss a student for reoccurring inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Behavior-related dismissals will not be refunded.
- Arrival/Pick-Up: Children should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the program begins as there is no supervision before that time. Before and/or aftercare can be purchased for an additional fee. Please be prompt in picking up your child after the program. There will be a charge of $5 per 5 minutes for each student that remains more than 10 minutes after a program. Please list all adults authorized for pick-up on your registration form. Non-authorized adults are not permitted to sign your children out of camp.
- Media Consent: By entering the Museum facility and/or participating in a Museum activity or event, you consent and authorize without restriction or compensation to the possible use of your child's and/or accompanying group's image appearing in photograph, audio, video, or other formats which may be included in future media or marketing. If your child’s image cannot be utilized due to safety/privacy concerns, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the start of camp.
- Water, Snacks, and Lunch: Camp participants should bring a reusable water bottle. All participants must bring a nut-free lunch. Healthy nut-free snacks are provided twice a day for campers.
- Restroom Independent: Camp participants must be able to initiate use of the restroom and use the toilet without assistance.
- Independent Experience: Our camps are facilitated by trained educators and assistants. Your child will enjoy building confidence and building relationships with other campers. Chaperones are not able to attend, for the flow of our programs, and for the safety of our campers.
