ACCESS Membership

ACCESS memberships are available to families eligible for assistance through the programs listed below, with an annual income of $50,000 or less before taxes.

As part of the application process you will need to upload a copy of your eligibility coverage notification letter dated within the past six months with current dates and listing at least one family member from one of the following:

  • Section 8/Public Housing
  • Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIP), Medicaid, Oregon Health Plan
  • Food Stamps, WIC Documentation
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America
  • Head Start Preschool Program
  • Unemployment

Resource Family Membership

Resource Family memberships are available to active resource families in the state of Oregon or Clark County, Washington.

As part of the application process, you will need to upload a copy of your current Foster Care License.
