Summer Camp Registrations Troubleshooting

I can’t see my Member Discount.

  • The member discount is applied at the end of the shopping cart. It won’t change the price of the camp. Look at the “Order Summary” to see if the member discount has been applied.
  • If you still don’t see a discount you can either send us an email and we will get the problem corrected so you can register or you can register without the discount and let us refund it back to you. Please send us an email at support@acgilbert.org
  • Refunds will be issued within two (2) business days once we receive your notification.
  • If you purchased or renewed your membership within the last two (2) business days, the discount will not appear but we will be happy to refund it to you.

I logged in under “My Account,” but when I register for camp it says “The user ID (email address) is unknown.”

  • Our Summer Camp Registration system is separate from the normal membership system so you will have a separate username and password. If your email address is not being recognized then we don’t have it linked up to your account. You can send us an email to get it corrected or you can create a new account to register for camp. If you register for a new account you won’t get the member discount but we can refund it back to you within two (2) business days.

The email you have for me is for another family member.

Why does it say, “PLEASE NOTE you may proceed to register but there are no places available at present?”

  • This camp is now full.  You can register for the waiting list at no charge and we will contact you if a spot opens up.
